If you are looking for a 45 minute high energy level morning Bootcamp chances are you’re highly motivated and a self starter. Have you ever heard the saying the early bird gets the worm, it’s not because there are more worms its because theres less birds. Our Breffus Klub Bootcamp is Monday & Wednesday 5 a.m. and Saturday morning 7a.m. Our workout routines are composed of high intensity interval trainings as well as resistance circuit training. The actual activities being performed can vary but they may include sprinting, jump rope, resistance bands, dumbbells, or other body weight exercises. Regardless of how it is implemented, high-intensity intervals and circuit training will provide a challenging fitness routine that increases your heart rate and helps you burn optimal calories. Due to the intensity of the workout, HIIT can elevate your metabolism for hours after exercise. This results in additional calories being burned even after you have finished exercising. Interesting enough you know those crazy love handles or that FUPA that everyone has trouble with, we believe that our routines can reduce body fat and that waist circumference. Additionally we have found that clients who workout with us a minimum of 3 times per week lose an estimated 4 - 8 lbs a month with very minimum diet changes.
